COMMUNITY
Hillside Performing Arts is a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to enriching the lives of young people, families, and elders in the community through performing arts, fitness, and enrichment activities. The organization operates across Brent and neighboring boroughs, partnering with schools, community centers, housing associations, councils, and other organizations to deliver impactful programs.

Cognitive Sessions
Hillside Performing Arts offers engaging reminiscence sessions designed to support individuals living with dementia through a blend of creativity, memory stimulation, and gentle movement. These sessions use music, storytelling, and cultural themes—such as Windrush, Motown, and carnival—to spark conversation, evoke personal memories, and build a sense of connection. Delivered in a warm and inclusive environment, activities may include singing familiar songs, sharing life stories, and simple dance or chair-based movement, encouraging both cognitive engagement and physical wellbeing.

Plogging
Every third Sunday of the month
What: Combine fitness with environmental action by picking up litter while jogging or walking.
Why: Help save the planet and keep fit—one plog at a time!
Come be a part of this meaningful movement in Brent. Together, we can make a difference!

Elders Fitness
Hillside Performing Arts is actively engaged with elders through partnerships with QPR Community Trust, the Jason Roberts Foundation, and Brent Council, delivering impactful sessions and event classes.
